The explanations and information provided on this website are only general and high-level explanations and information on how to improve your wellbeing and habits. It does not amount to medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Vitae Balance supports adults to make sustainable lifestyle and wellbeing changes through education, reflection, goal-setting, accountability and general information on lifestyle habits, food, movement, sleep, stress and breath awareness. Vitae Balance services are for adults aged 18 and over.

Health coaching is not medical diagnosis or treatment, psychotherapy, counselling, nutritional therapy, dietetics, physiotherapy or emergency care. We do not diagnose conditions, interpret laboratory tests, prescribe medication, supplements, herbs or therapeutic protocols, advise stopping medication, treat mental-health conditions or provide detailed personalised dietary plans.

Seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional about symptoms, diagnoses, medication, pregnancy, injury, persistent pain, disordered eating, mental-health concerns or other medical matters. In an emergency, contact emergency services. We may recommend referral and pause or end coaching where appropriate.

Any breath-awareness, relaxation or movement suggestion is optional, gentle and educational. Stop if you feel unwell, dizzy, distressed or uncomfortable, and seek appropriate advice. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

  • If we reschedule, we will offer a reasonably convenient alternative. If we cancel and cannot offer one, we will refund the affected unused session(s).

  • Package sessions must be used within six months of purchase unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • You may cancel an online booking within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason and receive a refund in accordance with your statutory rights. If you expressly ask Vitae Balance to begin providing coaching during this period, you may be charged a proportionate amount for services supplied before cancellation.

  • After the statutory cancellation period, Vitae Balance may, at its discretion, offer a goodwill refund of 50% of the package fee where cancellation is requested within 21 days of purchase and only the initial session has taken place.
